At Trivium Coffee, freshness isn’t just a detail—it’s our standard. Each bag is roasted, packed, and shipped with care so every cup reflects our commitment to quality.

  Processing Time: Most orders ship within 48 hours of purchase.

  Business Days Only: We ship Monday–Friday (excluding holidays) to protect freshness.

  Weekend Orders: Orders placed after 12 p.m. EST on Friday ship the next business day.

  Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking email once your order ships.

  Delays: During high-volume periods, brief delays may occur as we roast to order.
  

If your order is lost or delayed, email info@triviumcoffee.com and we’ll help resolve it quickly.

Because our coffee is roasted to order and perishable, we can only accept returns on unopened bags.

To request a return:

1. 
   Email info@triviumcoffee.com within 30 days of delivery.
   
2. 
   We’ll send a prepaid return label within 24–48 hours.
   
3. 
   Return your unopened bag(s) using the label provided.
   
4. 
   Refunds are issued within 1–2 business days after we receive your package.

  Items must be unopened with the seal completely intact.

  Refunds are not available for opened bags or items sent without our return label.
  
• 
  Requests made after 30 days are not eligible for return.
  

If a shipment is returned to us as undeliverable, you can request a full refund or free reshipment. (Refused packages are not eligible for refund or reshipment.)

Freshness Promise

We don’t accept returns on opened coffee bags—but your satisfaction matters. If something isn’t right, contact info@triviumcoffee.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund where appropriate—no questions asked.
